To strengthen our HR organization, we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our office in Turin, Italy.
The successful candidate will be a key point of reference for HR administration, payroll, and employment contracts, with responsibility for the administrative management of employees in Italy and Switzerland, as well as for the day-to-day coordination with labour consultants and payroll providers.
The role will ensure the accurate and timely management of the entire employee administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
Responsibilities Manage the full HR administration lifecycle, from hiring to termination
Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including new hires, extensions, contractual changes, salary increases, promotions, and terminations




Manage and monitor time and attendance, including holidays, leave, overtime, sickness, maternity/paternity leave, parental leave, and other absences
Coordinate payroll processes for Italy and Switzerland, in collaboration with external consultants and payroll providers
Collect, verify, and submit monthly payroll data and variables
Review and verify payslips, ensuring the correct application of salary and contractual elements
Manage day-to-day relationships with labour consultants, payroll providers, and external HR partners
Ensure the correct application of the Italian Metalworking National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico), with particular reference to job levels, classifications, working hours, allowances, overtime, and other contractual provisions
Manage and verify TFR (severance indemnity), bonuses, welfare benefits, fringe benefits, and pension funds
