To strengthen our Research & Development area, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the R&D; team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Research & Development, supporting her in coordinating and managing innovative national and European projects. A professional growth path is envisaged, aimed at graduallyacquiring autonomy in managing projects and assignments.

Mainresponsibilities

Collaborate in the planning, organization, and management of project activities

- Support the monitoring of timelines, resources, and project progress
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project materials
- Provide support in cost control activities and in managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Participate in the development of technological innovation and digitalization initiatives
- Assist the team in managing nationally and European-funded projects, with a particular focus on research, development, and technology transfer activities.

Requirements Master's degree in Management, Environmental, or Civil Engineering

- At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management or similar roles
- Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and tools




- Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1)
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
- Knowledge of Python is considered an asset
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Trello and Jira is appreciated. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and innovative environments.

Direct employment with a permanent contract;

Salary starting from Level III of the Commerce Collective Agreement (CCNL), with a gross annual salary between €27,800 and €30,000, depending on experience, skills, and level of autonomy
