We are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) to join our international team.

In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, particularly in supporting digital solutions and related services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and driving client satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving requests and supporting product adoption concerning digital solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Salary: 40 - 48k yearly gross salary included non compete allowance + 3 month salary commission

Your Key Responsiblities

Drive new business growth and achieve sales, revenue,



and pipeline targets.

Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned market.

Lead the development of client proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal SMEs and international teams to deliver client solutions.

•
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

•
Represent International SOS at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Your Profile

• Experience in a B2B sales, professional services, or customer-facing environment; experience in people risk management is advantageous.

• Proven ability to apply consultative selling techniques and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets.
