As Regional Sales Manager, Italy, you will lead Molex's commercial strategy and performance across the Italian market. You will define growth priorities, drive execution against revenue and profitability objectives, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.
Working closely with customers, distributors, and cross-functional partners, you will strengthen strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities, and translate market insights into sustainable business results across key markets including Industrial, Automotive & Transportation, Home Appliance, Aerospace & Defence, Datacom, and emerging applications.
Join us and help shape the next phase of Molex's growth and customer value creation in Italy. This is a field-based position located in Italy, with preference for candidates based in Northern Italy and within convenient access to major industrial regions and an international airport.
Frequent travel throughout Italy is required to support customer engagement, team leadership, joint sales visits, distributor relationships,
and business development activities.
Our Team
You will lead the Sales Engineers serving customers across Italy as part of a collaborative and internationally connected Molex sales organization. The Italian team works closely with distribution partners, product divisions, engineering, marketing, customer service, operations, finance, and regional commercial leadership.
In this role, you will create clarity of direction, strengthen accountability, remove barriers to execution, and develop an engaged, customer-focused, and growth-oriented sales team.
What You Will Do
• Define and execute the Italy sales strategy, including market priorities, target segments, customer coverage, channel approach, growth initiatives, and resource allocation.
• Own revenue, bookings, pipeline health, profitability, forecast accuracy, customer development, and progress against strategic and financial objectives.
