Today we work with 300+ properties and around 10,000 users across Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Albania. Inbound demand is strong. Now we want to go and get the accounts that don't know us yet.

THE ROLE

We're hiring our first Business Development Representative. This is not a seat in a 40-person SDR floor: you'll build Cora's outbound engine almost from scratch, working side by side with the founders.

Your job is to open doors with the accounts that matter most to us: hotel groups (3–15 properties), property managers and short-term rental operators, student housing, and public/university hospitality. You'll find them, reach them,



and turn cold contacts into qualified meetings.

Around 30% of your time goes to the other side of the funnel: making sure every inbound lead we already generate gets a fast, sharp follow-up and becomes a real conversation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and keep up target account lists for our priority segments (groups, PM/extra-hotel, student housing, public sector)
- Run multichannel outbound: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn. Write your own messaging and test what works.
- Qualify prospects (fit, size, decision-maker, timing) and book meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly and turn them into booked demos
- Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline honest. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Share what you hear from the market with sales, marketing, and product
- Help us write the outbound playbook: scripts, sequences, ICP, objection handling
