DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for an Internship in Financial Customer Service at Innovation Campus, Peschiera Borromeo (MI) for the Finance Department.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
• Managing administrative procedures relating to invoice disputes and/or requests for clarification from customers and company departments.
• Managing activities in accordance with company procedures and objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
Someone with a strong interest in learning more about the world of Customer Experience,
with good communication skills, an aptitude for working with numerical data, knowledge of Excel, and English language skills (intermediate B1).
Experience And Skills
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Good knowledge of Office365
