Role Description The Business Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Salerno Metropolitan Area. This role oversees financial performance, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures effective business control across travel operations. Daily tasks include monitoring key financial indicators, analyzing variances, preparing management reports,



and advising leadership on cost optimization and revenue opportunities. The Business Controller collaborates closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align business plans with financial targets and to support strategic decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvements, risk assessment, and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong business control and finance skills, with experience in monitoring performance and ensuring financial integrity.
• Analytical skills and business planning capabilities to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Financial planning expertise, including cash flow analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments.
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Bus
