About the job
You’ll help shape how Swappie shows up in Italy.

On the CRM side, that means adapting our global programme and bringing your own local campaign ideas to the table — based on the country strategy and built around what’s happening in this market. We’re looking for someone who can generate ideas, make the case for them, and then find out whether they were right.

The other half is content. You’ll work closely with our Country Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to produce UGC and creative for our paid advertising — briefing and managing Italian creators, appearing on camera yourself,



and adapting global assets for the Italian market.

What you'll own
CRM localization in Italy
• Propose tests with a written hypothesis and one success metric, agreed before launch
• Build and send them in Braze
• Write the Italian copy, including formats nobody has tried here yet
• Read the result honestly and say what you learned, including when the answer is nothing

Content and UGC
• Film and edit short-form content yourself, appearing on camera
• Brief, cast and manage Italian creators for paid social creative tests, alongside your own content
• Review assets, manage reworks, write up the learnings
• Edit global content provided by our brand team

Italian copy quality
• Review and post-edit AI-translated marketing copy so it reads as native Italian
• Build and keep our Italian glossary and tone of voice
