Your Role
As an M&A; Senior Analyst, you will play an active role in executing transactions and strategic advisory assignments, working directly alongside senior bankers and taking ownership of individual workstreams.
You will contribute across the full lifecycle of M&A; processes,



from initial client discussions and strategic analysis through execution and closing, with increasing responsibility for financial analysis, transaction materials and coordination of junior colleagues.
You will be expected to combine strong technical skills with sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Executing live M&A; and strategic advisory assignments, taking responsibility for defined workstreams
• Performing company and industry research to identify strategic opportunities, potential targets and prospective buyers
• Preparing and reviewing pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda, management presentations and other client materials
• Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO
