Position Summary

The Operations administrator is responsible for carrying out administrative tasks aimed at producing necessary documentations orders related in accordance with local time frame and requirements. He/she is the reference for all personnel of the plant in substitution of the Ops Manager to back up or in case of need or urgency, concerning administrative/documental issues

Duties

Responsible For The Following

Safety

• To manage personal protective equioment ensuring its proper replacement
• To ensure that all activities are carried out based on the risk assessment, the safety of employees and the environment.
• To report immediately dangerous situations, accidents or near misses, in complete accordance with regulations

Quality

• To keep the workplace clean and tidy ensuring equipment is available at all times
• To verify that standardized work is performed based on internal procedures

Administration

• To know production process and procedures up to date
• To manage production programming files shared with customers and lab




• To manage transport documents and goods in certificates
• To manage transport documents of goods out
• To collect and fill in documents treatment related
• To assit personnel and care of personal protective equipment
• To fill documents relating to storage and usage of ethylene oxide cylinders
• To extract process parameteres trends and prepare treatment declaration
• To gather and send out PCDs and all related documents to the Lab
• To store and keep documentation tidiest possible and send fiscal document to office administrations
• To handle waste disposal including loading/unloading filling
• To ensure supplies of consumables in collaboration with the Plant Manager

Education Degree

• High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

• Experience in a regulated industry - 3 years
• Knowledge on transports (Italian laws / receipts / loading / dangerous goods)
• Ability to handle data
• Flexibility, autonomy, accountability
