Would you like to manage executive education projects from the design phase through to final evaluation? For our Turin campus, we are looking for someone to coordinate the delivery of Custom programmes, working closely with clients, faculty and participants.
You will join the Custom Executive Education team and manage initiatives in Italy and internationally, with a particular focus on projects for the Middle East. Our programmes are designed for professionals and managers, from middle management to C-level executives.
What you will do
• Plan learning activities, define programme schedules and coordinate faculty.
• Organise classrooms and manage the logistical aspects of programmes, including accommodation, catering, visas and related events.
• Participate in programme design meetings with clients and support the preparation of learning materials, particularly PowerPoint presentations.
• Oversee in-class activities and manage relationships with participants, faculty and clients’ HR representatives.




• Coordinate post-programme activities and collect and analyse feedback.
• Monitor the project pipeline, deadlines and progress of ongoing activities.

Who we are looking for
• You have at least 3 years of project management experience in a medium-sized or structured organisation. Experience in Executive Education, working with medium-sized or large corporate clients, will be considered a plus.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology, Management Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A background in Work and Organisational Psychology is particularly valued.
• You have a basic understanding of project pipeline management and KPI monitoring and reporting.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and are familiar with artificial intelligence tools.
• You have an excellent command of English (C1 level). Knowledge of Arabic, at least at B
