Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Portfolio & Market Intelligence
• Support the marketing agenda and annual plans, translating business objectives into coordinated go-to-market and Sales action plans.
• Contribute to product portfolio management, pricing excellence and selected business-development initiatives.
• Build market, competitor, customer and pricing intelligence, including market share, Voice of Customer and customer-satisfaction insights.
• Turn insights into decision-ready recommendations that identify growth, margin and cash-generation opportunities.

Execution, Analytics & Communications
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, defining scope, responsibilities, timelines, governance, budgets and KPIs.
• Support Sales with qualified lead generation, sales-enablement tools, customer presentations and implementation of agreed plans.
• Monitor campaign, digital, lead-conversion and commercial performance; recommend corrective actions and report business impact and ROI.
• Support CRM, marketing automation, website content, SEO, SEM,



social media and digital advertising.
• Work with the Marketing Communication Specialist on content, brand consistency and external communications, events and promotional materials.
• Coordinate agencies and specialist suppliers and embed completed projects into measurable processes and recurring routines.

Required Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience in a B2B industrial or international environment.
• Proven experience across strategic marketing, portfolio or product management, pricing or commercial excellence, market intelligence and marketing communications.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and converting analysis into decisions, implementation plans and measurable business results.
