How you’ll make a difference

Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for business growth and account expansion.

Manage qualified prospects and opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial needs assessment to proposal and closing.

Generate new business opportunities, expanding the market presence of our AI & Data Automation solutions and services.

Understand client needs and translate them into compelling value propositions, involving Presales and technical specialists when needed.

Sell software solutions and specialized services, collaborating with Business Developers and other teams on cross-domain opportunities.

Contribute to commercial proposals, presentations, demos, and client workshops.

Manage pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups, and CRM activities with accuracy and consistency.

Participate in industry events and commercial initiatives,



supporting lead qualification and market development.

What we’re looking for

Experience in B2B sales of technology solutions and services, ideally within Data, AI, Cloud, or enterprise software.

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Ability to understand business processes and client needs and connect them with relevant technology solutions.

Strong results orientation, autonomy, proactivity, and ownership throughout the sales process.

Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively across different teams, including Sales, Presales, Delivery, vendors, and partners.

Experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.

Strong interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset, particularly within the fast-evolving AI & Data landscape.
