Infrastructure Program Manager (Manufacturing, M&A; Integration)

About the role The role will lead infrastructure migration activities as part of an M&A; integration or carve-out, including:

- Active Directory consolidation
- Server and VDI/CAD migrations
- SQL Server upgrades
- Intune and Entra ID
- File services
- Datacenter coordination
- Decommissioning of the legacy environment

The project spans locations in Italy, the USA, China and India.

Key requirements

- Senior infrastructure project or program management experience
- Strong background in complex infrastructure migrations
- Previous M&A; integration or carve-out experience
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Fluent Italian and professional English
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams and vendors

Engagement details

- Contract type: Partita Iva (Contract)
- Duration: Initial six months (100%), extendable up to twelve months
- Location: Veneto, on-site/hybrid
- Target start: November 2026
