Street Smash Burgers in Milan is seeking a results-driven Construction / Fit-out Project Manager to own Italian store openings from lease to operations. You will manage planning, tenders, budgets, site execution and opening on the agreed date.
You will lead multiple fit-out projects, coordinate with architects and engineers, supervise sites, and ensure full readiness of stores by coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing.
