Set amid olive groves, cypress trees and rolling hills in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, Il Pelagone Hotel & Golf Resort is a family-friendly, year-round golf and leisure resort built around an 18-hole, par-71 course. To lead the resort's day-to-day operations and keep its revenue strategy sharp, we're looking for a Hotel Operations Manager who combines hands-on operational leadership with a solid grounding in revenue management.

- Take full responsibility for the resort's day-to-day operations across all departments — rooms division, F&B;, golf operations, wellness/spa, and guest services
- Lead, coordinate, and develop department heads and their teams, setting clear standards for service quality and guest experience
- Carry P&L; responsibility for the property, working closely with ownership on budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
- Oversee the resort's revenue management strategy — pricing, forecasting, and distribution — either hands-on or in close coordination with the revenue management function
- Monitor and report on key operational and financial KPIs, and translate them into concrete action
- Represent the resort to guests, partners, tour operators, and vendors




- Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and cost efficiency across the property
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (health & safety, labour law, licensing)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of hotel staff
- Several years of experience in hotel operations management, ideally as Operations Manager, Resident Manager, or General Manager in a resort, golf, or leisure hotel environment
- Solid qualification and hands-on experience in hotel revenue management (pricing strategy, forecasting, RMS/channel management) — this role carries direct oversight of the resort's revenue strategy alongside operational leadership
- Strong, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Financial acumen: budgeting, P&L; responsibility, cost control
- Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Based on-site at the resort in Tuscany
