Domyn is seeking an ambitious Legal Counsel in Milan to act as the company’s reference for corporate governance. You will advise senior leadership and the board on governance structures, compliance, and entity management, while supporting the business on broader legal matters with autonomy and strategic insight.
You will lead on complex governance issues, coordinate with leadership, finance, and compliance, and communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences.
