We are looking for a Head of Franchise Development Italy to join our team in Milan, reporting directly to the Country Manager. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for the expansion of the MBE network & ParcelValue in Italy. You will be responsible for defining the growth roadmap and managing a dedicated development team to achieve ambitious expansion targets.
You will directly coordinate two Franchise Developer Supervisors (split by geographic area) one Inside Sales & Prequalification specialist, and one Design & Construction Manager, ensuring that the entire funnel, from lead generation to store opening, is optimized, data-driven, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities Define and implement the national franchising development strategy to meet company targets for new store openings and transfers.
Oversee the recruitment and awarding of 15+ new candidates per year and the management of 20+
