At Antal International, within our Event Sector , we are currently looking for an Event Project Manager to Italy Market ,l for one of our clients, a leading international events agency.

? YOUR MISSION

Lead projects from the conceptual stage through to execution, managing clients, budgets, suppliers, and production teams to deliver exceptional international events.

? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage relationships with international clients.
- Understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Lead projects from the initial briefing through to final delivery.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisuals, branding, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.
- Manage suppliers and production partners.
- Ensure seamless execution throughout the event.




- Manage project budgets and profitability.
- Negotiate with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor costs, contracts, and invoices.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 3+ years of experience in event management, MICE, event production, corporate events, incentives, or conferences.
- English – C1 level required.
- Espanish– C1 level is a plus.
- Experience working in international environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client focus and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
