Alfadocs is a SaaS platform for dental practices. The Account Managers lead a portfolio of ~500 practices, driving revenue growth via upsell and retention within the WIN Framework. The Team Leader is a player-coach, owning commercial results and aligning with CS teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
The role requires experience leading sales/AM/CS teams, a strong track record of revenue KPIs, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work in Milano with in-office days.
