E-Commerce Growth Manager – Italy & MENAT (m/f/d

Your role:

- Drive e-commerce growth in Italy: Take ownership of developing and growing our e-commerce business in the Italian market, with a strong focus on Amazon and other relevant online channels.
- Expand our business across MENAT: Identify and develop growth opportunities in the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye, strengthening our presence on Amazon and other relevant e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Develop new e-commerce business: Identify, evaluate and establish additional online sales channels and partnerships beyond Amazon, with a particular focus on Italy and selected MENAT growth markets.
- Coordinate our international Amazon activities: Work closely with our European Amazon Lead and our German headquarters to ensure a consistent international Amazon strategy while adapting activities to local market requirements.
- Monitor and optimise performance: Analyse sales figures, market developments, competitor activities and relevant KPIs to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimise our marketplace and channel strategies.
- Ensure listing and content excellence: Take responsibility for the local e-commerce content strategy and coordinate the creation,



localisation and optimisation of product listings in close collaboration with Product and Category Management in Germany.
- Increase visibility and manage advertising: Plan, manage and optimise retail media activities, including PPC and Sponsored Ads, to increase visibility, conversion and overall product performance.
- Drive revenue and profitability: Use data-driven insights to develop effective sell-out strategies, identify commercial opportunities and sustainably improve both revenue and profitability across your markets.
- Represent our brand and build partnerships: Participate in meetings with customers, marketplaces and business partners, present market and competitor analyses and actively identify opportunities for further growth.

Your profile:

- Relevant professional experience in e-commerce, particularly within the Amazon 1P or 3P business, ideally in an international or multi-market environment
- Strong knowledge of the Italian e-commerce market and its key players, marketplaces and market dynamics
- Experience in or knowledge of e-commerce markets in the MENAT region would be a strong advantage
- A strong interest in digital business and a passion for sales, marketing and business development, combined with a good understanding of current e-commerce trends
- A degree in e-commerce, business administration, marketing or a related field—or a comparable vocational qualification with relevant additional training
- A hands-on mentality with a proactive, entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new markets and business opportunities
- Confident and engaging communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, marketplaces and business partners
- An analytical, structured and independent working style, enabling you to confidently manage multiple markets and complex topics
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Italian language skills would be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of an additional language relevant to the MENAT region, particularly Arabic or Turkish , would be an advantage
