About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Consulting Engineer 4 to lead the design, implementation, deployment, and optimization of enterprise networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Routing & Switching (R&S;), excellent troubleshooting and network design capabilities, and experience in an additional technology area such as Software-Defined Access (SDA) or SD-WAN.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, technical teams, and sales stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and optimization of enterprise networking solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex networking environments, resolving critical technical issues.
- Develop, review, and approve technical deliverables, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), implementation plans, and change management documentation.
- Build and leverage test environments to validate solutions, resolve compatibility issues, and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Support pre-sales activities,



including solution design, technical demonstrations, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer engagements and drive timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and technology partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical documentation, reusable solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure technical deliverables align with customer business outcomes and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (R&S;), including network design and advanced troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of at least one additional networking technology, preferably SDA or SD-WAN.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex enterprise network solutions.
- Ability to analyze highly complex technical problems and recommend effective, innovative solutions.
- Experience leading technical delivery projects and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support pre-sales activities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- CCNP certification or higher is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically, 5–8 years of relevant professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
