Your Next Opportunity
For the 2027 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Rang who will become a key point of reference in ensuring impeccable service for our guests, in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux.



You will be responsible for coordinating dining room activities, supporting the training of junior team members, and contributing to the creation of memorable gastronomic experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously and promptly escort them to their tables within the F&B; areas.
- Coordinate, supervise, and organize dining room service.
- Monitor cleanliness and ensure attention to every detail of the service.
- Anticipate guests’ needs to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and complying with Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux service standards.
- Support the training and development of Commis de Rang.
- Manage the service through to its completion, creating unforgettable memories for our guests.
