We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (1-2 years of experience) to join the Meshble team and help our clients through their digital transformation with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

We want a versatile person with a strong digital mindset and a passion for technology, able to manage client relationships with empathy and active listening, understand their needs and help the team turn them into concrete solutions. Beyond analysis and project management, we expect someone eager to gradually get into the technical side too: learning to configure ERPs, work with data logic and make the most of automation and Artificial Intelligence tools.

In our team, Artificial Intelligence and automation are everyday tools: we use them both to speed up requirements analysis and documentation, and to offer clients innovative solutions from day one.

What you will do
- Requirements gathering and functional analysis
- Estimates and quotations
- Client and relationship management
- Module development and architecture
- Testing and release

What we are looking for




- Degree or background in STEM subjects
- Curiosity and eagerness to try new digital tools
- Process analysis and translation into digital flows

Nice to have
- Even basic experience with ERPs (Odoo and similar)
- Basics of relational logic/SQL
- Basic knowledge of Python
