W Executive Italy is seeking a Country Manager for Italy to lead the Italian business within a multinational B2B industrial services group. The role reports to the Managing Director Europe and holds full P&L; responsibility, driving growth and organizational development.
You will define the Italian strategy, oversee multi-site operations, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Technical teams to deliver revenue, profitability and market expansion targets.
