The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a reservations agent to handle incoming requests, changes, and cancellations by phone or mail at our Lake Como location.
You will identify guest needs, determine appropriate rooms, and verify rates while explaining guarantees and policies.
You will input data into the reservation system, accommodate special requests, and follow escalation procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site role within the EDITION brand of Marriott International.
