Overview
In this Director-level role within Global Manufacturing Science & Technology, you lead a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts to define end-to-end analytical control strategies and support tech transfers across GSC. You will drive cross-site collaborations, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions. You'll shape lifecycle programs and advance new analytical platforms, contributing to faster, higher-quality product supply for patients.

Responsabilità
Lead and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders
Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes
Steer cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects




Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies
Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen
Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies
Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes
Requisiti fondamentali
BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field
Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation
Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations
Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics
Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
