/p h3MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCoordinate the local cross-functional team and external consultants, in alignment with the Strategic HEOR Pricing Head, for the creation of PR Dossier and adaptation of economic models; /li liSupport the Strategic HEOR Pricing Head for the creation of a compelling pricing and reimbursement strategy for negotiation/renegotiations with the Italian Regulatory Agency (AIFA) to achieve the optimal PR conditions and market penetration; /li liIdentify data gaps and needs to support PR strategy and products value communication; /li liPropose, implement and coordinate HEOR activities to fill these gaps working closely with Value Access and Public Affairs, Medical and Marketing teams ensuring to meet the deadlines according to the PR timeline; /li liCoordinate external activities and consultants with the objective of create a strong value proposition and winning pricing strategy; /li liStay informed of relevant evolving healthcare policy and reimbursement landscape at European, national and regional level to anticipate market access trends and regulatory requirements; /li liMonitor the pricing reimbursement landscape that could impact our products including innovative and successful initiatives of competitors/analogs; /li liCreate tools and maintain them constantly updated to monitoring new AIFA negotiation approach and timing; /li liAlignment with the HQ to keep them updated in terms of PR Dossier preparation and strategy and HEOR activities; /li liSupport the Strategic HEOR Pricing Head in the Pricing Reporting activity.




/li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liScientific Degree or Degree in Economics; /li liAt least 1/2 years of previous experience in the same role; /li liGood familiarity with simple financial modelling and pricing and project management skills; /li liStrong analytical and synthesis skills, strategic thinking; /li liAttitude to work in a multidisciplinary and highly complex environment; /li liTarget and customer orientation (both internal and external); /li liExcellent knowledge of English (both spoken and written); /li liAgile way of working is a must; /li liCan-do attitude and strong digital mindset.
/li /ul h3TYPE OF CONTRACT /h3 ul liNational Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; /li liContract Type: Staff Leasing with IQVIA; /li liSalary Range or Gross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below ******,10€ RAL.
