OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Unilever's Food Service business across QSR and digital customers in central Italy, collaborating with chefs, chefs teams, and cross-functional partners.

ResponsabilitàGrow the business by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships
Meet sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high-quality customer visits, sales activities, and product demonstrations
Develop engaging customer plans and maintain regular contact to drive engagement
Leverage sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities and prioritise actions
Collaborate with the Chef team to create customer-focused initiatives and product presentations
Support commercial projects and initiatives assigned by the Sales Manager
Work with Marketing, Chefs, Account Managers, and Sales colleagues to deliver optimal customer experience and drive growth
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
At least 18 months of experience in Key Account, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Promotions
Strong sales and customer acquisition capabilities with proven success in new business across chains, QSR, and digital customers
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with eCommerce tools is a plus
Fluent in Italian and good English
Strong interest in the food industry and willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment
