Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe primary responsibility of the Associate Accountant is to work with the Supervisor of the team to meet the accounting, tax, and other reporting commitments of the relevant clients.The role is responsible for achieving individual goals and contributing to broader departmental objectives. Furthermore, the Associate Accountant ensures the timely and accurate preparation of accounts, calculations,



and daily delivery of high-quality services to a portfolio of assigned clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting entriesEnsure compliance with VAT principlesCalculation of monthly withholding taxPreparation of tax returnsCreate queries and reports on payroll dataPrepare financial reports or support the Supervisors in preparing complex financial reportsEscalate relevant queries to more senior team membersSupport and manage client and internal requests in a timely mannerKey RequirementsGood knowledge of English (B2)Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of the Profis system is considered a plusHigh school diploma and/or degree in EconomicsUp to 5 years’ experience in similar organizationsWork xysqume in compliance with company procedures and related standardsStrong client service skills and the ability to meet required deadlinesOrganized and accountable approach to workUnderstanding of regulatory requirements for companies in Italy (statutory deadlines, filing requirements, etc.)Problem-solving approachContribute to team success as a team memberWhat’s in it for you? 3 days of home working per week Refer-a-friend policy Business academyWe’re looking forward to getting to know you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
