Overview
In this role you design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise environments. You will work directly with client engineering teams, leading technical design and delivering reusable patterns that scale beyond individual engagements. You join a practice focused on practical, production-ready AI at scale, with exposure to top tech ecosystems and client-driven impact. You will drive architecture across multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations, delivering measurable business value.

Responsabilità
- Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale (multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, memory management, observability)
- Define RAG pipeline standards (chunking, embeddings, quality benchmarks)
- Set multi-LLM integration standards with vendor-agnostic design and cost governance
- Own LLMOps at programme scale (eval strategy, prompt governance, observability, safety, cost controls)
- Lead client engineering engagements at senior level (architecture sessions, POC delivery, stakeholder alignment)




- Publish reusable patterns, accelerators, and engineering standards for scalable practice
- Own the measurement framework for agentic system quality (accuracy, latency, safety, cost metrics)

Requisiti fondamentali
- Software engineering experience in production environments
- Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI solutions in production
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) at production depth
- Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code
- RAG pipeline ownership (embeddings, chunking, vector DBs, context engineering)
- LLMOps fundamentals (eval harness design, prompt versioning, production observability)
- Cloud-native maturity (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, IaC)
- Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language; production debugging and observability
