/li libQuality Assurance: /bMonitor clinical practices to ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
/li libCommunication: /bServe as a liaison between clinical staff, management, patients, and families to address concerns and ensure clear information exchange.
/li libResource Management: /bOversee the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment within the unit.
