SITE OPERATIONS HRBPFor our client operating in the food manufacturing industry, we are looking forDato l'elevato interesse per questa posizione, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente se il suo profilo è in linea con il ruolo.The Site Operations HRBP supports the business in strategic HR decisions, ensuring alignment between operational needs (meal production, logistics, food safety) and HR policies.The role works closely with operational stakeholders (production, operations, logistics, quality) within a fast-paced, regulated environment focused on service punctuality and safety.Key responsabilities:Act as the main HR point of contact for managers across production, packing, and logistics areasSupport line managers in the day-to-day management of employees, including 24/7 shifts, seasonal peaks, and absenteeismTranslate operational business needs into effective HR solutionsOversee a large operational workforce including production staff, packers and warehouse operatorsMonitor and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and productivitySupport workforce planning and headcount forecasting activitiesManage relationships with trade unions and employee representativesSupport disciplinary processes and employee relations casesCoordinate recruitment activities for both operational and staff rolesManage onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HACCP and company proceduresIdentify training needs and coordinate mandatory training programs (e.G. food safety, health & safety,



operational procedures)Support internal development and career progression initiatives (e.G. team leader development)Assist managers in performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvementEnsure compliance with labor law, health & safety regulationsCollaborate with HSE and quality teams to maintain high standardsSupport organizational changes, including restructures, new production lines, and HR systems implementationRequirements:Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related fieldsAt least 3 years of HR experience within industrial, manufacturing or similarly complex operational environmentsProven experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in fast-paced, operational settings with shift-based xysqume workforcesKnowledge of labor law and industrial relations, including interaction with trade unionsSolid experience managing large operational populations and supporting line managers on day-to-day HR topicsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsHands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIsWillingness to travel within the countryWillingness to travel in the future for career development purposes is desirable but not essentialExperience with workforce planning tools is considered a plusGood knowledge of EnglishSalary range: 36. € gross annual + €7 daily meal vouchers#J-18808-Ljbffr
