Point-out is hiring its first designer to own the product experience and build the design function from the ground up. You will lead discovery, set up a rigorous design practice, and use AI to speed exploration and prototyping with the founders and CTO.
You will shape the product, interview users, and design features, aiming to become Head of Design as the company grows. The role is fully remote with Italy-based expansion plans.
