Job Description
The COO will partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Ownership in the day-to-day management of the company, acting as a key bridge between shareholders and the organization's core business functions.
Lead and oversee operational activities, ensuring the achievement of business, quality, and efficiency objectives. Manage and develop an organization of approximately 150 employees, including a nationwide commercial network. Ensure effective integration and coordination across Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Human Resources. Monitor and optimize processes, planning tools, and performance management systems. Support organizational development initiatives and strengthen internal managerial capabilities. Partner with Ownership in the execution of strategic initiatives and growth projects, including potential integration and acquisition activities. Identify and implement operational and organizational improvement opportunities to support business growth. Maintain a strong field presence, working closely with employees, customers, and operational teams.
