You will join the Finance team as Admin & Finance Specialist to keep the financial and administrative engine of Lexroom running accurately and on time, from the invoices we issue to the contracts we close with law firms, enterprises and public administration. Your key responsibilities
- Issue and manage customer invoices for Lexroom contracts, keeping client data and billing details accurate.
- Prepare the monthly supplier payments : collect invoices from each team, build the
