Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through product setups,



ensuring a premium brand experience for JTI clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest consumer electronics trends to provide informed and accurate guidance.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to track performance and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of the English language.
- A strong interest in technology and consumer electronics, with the ability to explain complex features simply.
- Previous experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to relocate to Greece for this exciting Italian-speaking job opportunity.
