Accountant, General Accounting - Milan Assago Italy
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the month-end close of Italy entity under ADI group.
Preparation of monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of quarterly schedules for reporting.
Posting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring that all items are accurately captured.
Preparation of annual Statutory Accounts to strict deadlines.
Generation of monthly cash forecasts
Support Global Fixed Asset Team.
Responsible for pension accounting and pension plan administration.
Responsible for Intercompany Charges and posting.
Preparation & Submission of the VAT return for Italy entity.
Support Global Payroll Team in payroll related responsibilities.
Support site management team & prepare quarterly lease schedules
Ensure compliance with Sox control procedures and corporate/local policies.
Cooperation with pension insurers, external auditors, tax office, tax advisor and other authorities and institutions.
