company policies and project guidelinesCollects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product ownersEnsures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirementsLeads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for PerformanceQualifications5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industryBachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process EngineeringProficient user of CAPRI, COMOS and other engineering tools will be considered a plusGood presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skillsFluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plusAdditional InformationEmployee perks, benefitsPermanent contract5% Annual bonusFlexible working timeHome office possible 2 days a weekReferral programTraining and Inova AcademyCompensationBasic wage component (gross): 59000 EURThis amount is our minimal offered salary. xysqume Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
