As an Environmental Remediation Expert is a key member of the HSE function and is present at all the Group's chemical sites. You will report to the site HSE Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all environmental obligations regarding our past and present operations. You will have access to the best available technologies to carry out remediation projects and have a positive sustainable environmental impact. You will be accountable for:Contributing to the management of environmental liabilities and regulatory compliance, while also improving the site's environmental footprint and enhancing our positive impact on environmental sustainabilityDesign and manage remediation projects for the Rosignano siteDevelop remediation strategies; you will define and manage financial provisionsIdentify and manage services provided by external consultants and contractors to conduct investigations, design solutions, and deliver the best possible remediation plans optimizing costs while ensuring full compliance with Italian laws and regulations.Mobilize the technical expertise,

Relevant work experience of at least 10 years of experience in the remediation of contaminated soil, water, or air, gained at an industrial company or environmental consultancy firm.Competencies:Native Italian speaker, fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing); proficiency in French is a plusKnowledge in some of the following areas: HSE management, environment, geology, hydrology, soil chemistry, contaminated, site management, remediation and project managementIndustrial finance and industrial contract management understanding, as well as the knowledge of Italian and European environmental regulationsBehaviorsStrong communication and negotiation skills, as well as customer orientation mindsetScientific rigor and rigorous analytical thinkingCreative problem-solving, proactive collaboration and autonomyAbout The PayAttractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role ranges from 47,360 EUR to 59,200 EUR. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally,
