You'll play a key leadership role in driving EHS performance, influencing principal contractors and establishing a positive safety culture across a growing campus.The Key Responsibilities of the Campus EHS Manager:Lead and oversee EHS performance across multiple construction projects within the campus.Manage and influence principal contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.Drive a proactive safety culture across all construction activities.Ensure compliance with Italian EHS legislation and relevant construction safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections,



audits and risk assessments.Monitor contractor EHS performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Provide strategic EHS leadership and guidance to project delivery teams.Oversee incident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.Develop and monitor EHS performance indicators and reporting processes.Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate EHS performance, risks and priorities.The Campus EHS Manager will have:Relevant Health & Safety qualification or equivalent professional experience.Strong EHS management experience on large-scale construction projects.Proven experience managing EHS performance across multiple contractors and complex projects.Strong knowledge of Italian EHS legislation and construction safety requirements.Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive a positive safety culture. xysqume Experience working within international construction or engineering environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
