## Agency: Havas PR Milan ## Job Description: To be associated to interns. HAVAS PR Milan is looking for an ACCOUNT ASSISTANT to strengthen its staff and the Consumer & Brand Team. The selected candidate will support the consumer team in press office activities, digital PR, and integrated communication. The activities assigned are described below: * **Press Office**: writing, sending press releases and follow-up to consumer media, managing product seeding, updating media lists and contact research. * **Media relations**: contact with journalists, ability to interact by phone and in person at meetings and events, building initial relationships with key journalists. * **Areas of autonomous intervention with supervision**: reporting, update files, meeting and call reports, shipments and sending materials to the press, dissemination of invitations and PR materials to media lists. * **Influencer Marketing**: support in campaign content reporting, collection of insights and content, support in profile research, channel monitoring. ### Requirements:
* University degree in communication or related fields * Ability to work in a team * External relational skills * Writing skills * Precision and organization * Aptitude for internal and external consulting * Excellent knowledge of English * Excellent knowledge of digital Excellent communication and standing, creativity, and strategic thinking complete the profile. **Workplace**: Milan We offer a 6-month internship with the possibility of extension for another 6 months: * 6 months: €500 + €140 in meal vouchers This announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes (L. 903/77).
