Etjca Group S.p.A., filiale di Trieste, is looking for an important international company operating in the advanced technological systems integration sector for entertainment and communication, a: # PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) Junior We are looking for a recent graduate to join us as a PMO – Project Management Office Junior at our Monfalcone office. The resource will be involved in a structured growth path in Project Management, which includes continuous training, direct coaching with Project Managers, and active participation in real projects from the initial phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support for project planning (timelines, milestones, activities) * Monitoring of work progress in collaboration with Project Managers * Data analysis for cost, time, and performance control * Preparation of reports and documentation for management * Interaction with technical teams and international stakeholders * Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and audits **Required skills:** * Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines * Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level)
