BE OPEN!** **RECUPERATOR SPA,** based in Rescaldina, is a company active in the design and production of air-to-air plate and rotary heat exchangers; **ENGINIA SRL**, based in Trezzo sull’Adda, has been operating in the air handling sector since 1997 and year after year has been recognized as a sector leader in the design and production of AHU dampers. Both companies have been acquired in recent years by the **Carel Group**, an innovative global high-tech company with 2700 employees worldwide, a leader in the evolution of control and humidification technology for air conditioning and refrigeration, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with headquarters in Brugine (PD). ### Position To support the local HRBP, we are currently looking for a figure who, located at the Recuperator plant in Rescaldina, will be actively involved in the management of human resources for both production sites, from the most operational aspects of the plant to training initiatives. Continuous support in HR activities will allow the resource to gain significant experience in the most common HR issues in production plants. Thanks to this path, the intern will be able to interface with all the different processes implemented locally according to the guidelines of the Carel headquarters, thus gaining experience in a matrix organization. The focus of the internship will be particularly on: * management of training initiatives already set up and to be carried out during the year,



on managerial topics and regulatory updates; * support in performance evaluation projects; * support in the management of temporary workers in the plant; * recruiting activities for technical positions; * reporting. All this in a very dynamic work environment characterized by the management of two different collective agreements (metalworking and rubber and plastic industry). ### Requirements **We would like to get in touch with people who possess:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities. A master's degree in HR will be considered a preferential title; * excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * proactivity and desire to propose their own point of view; * aptitude for problem-solving and high resistance to stress; * interest in the HR world related to the production industry; * sense of responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks; * discretion and confidentiality in data processing and management; * good knowledge of the English language; * excellent knowledge of computer programs (excel, power point, email, calendar) and any corporate management systems; ### Other information **What we offer** Internship location: operational base in Rescaldina, with weekly/monthly trips to the Trezzo sull’Adda site. There will also be opportunities for exchange at the Carel Group headquarters to participate in training updates and/or team-building initiatives.
