Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, **Cybersecurity**, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** Join our innovative and dynamic team as an OT Security Consultant, where you will play an essential role in **enhancing** and **safeguarding** industrial operations. Your expertise will be crucial in the following areas: * Perform OT **Cybersecurity** **Assessments**, both procedural and technical, based on key standards and regulations like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIS2 and CRA. * Drive **Security by Design** projects to integrate security into devices and plants, including OT network architecture reviews and the definition of cybersecurity requirements and configurations for greenfield projects. * Definition and Implementation of OT Cybersecurity **policies** and **procedures** in order to properly manage cybersecurity in your plant according to best practice and industry standards (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST 800-82). * Work with advanced technologies, supporting phases of **design, deployment** and **maintenance** of best of breed OT Security solutions such as **IDS** (Intrusion Detection System**)**, **SRA** (Secure Remote Access), **EDR** (Endpoint Detection and Response) and **B&R;** (Backup and Recovery)**.** By implementing these solutions, you will ensure real-time monitoring and protection of critical industrial systems,
reducing vulnerabilities and safeguarding operations from potential **cyber** **threats**. * **Team Work:** Collaboration is central to our success. This approach ensures that you achieve excellence in all activities you are involved in, leveraging collective expertise to enhance security outcomes. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * **Academic Background:** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation or a related technical field. * **Valuable Expertise:** 1-7 years of experience in the OT cybersecurity sector. * **OT Knowledge:** Understanding of Operational Technologies, including industrial basic components like PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software, RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Familiarity with industrial frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF) as well as key architectures specific to sectors (manufacturing, oil & gas) is essential. * **Certifications:** Relevant OT-related certifications such as GIAC GICSP or GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 are a definite plus. * **Soft Skills:** We value interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 31,000 € to 65,000 €.
