Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple workstreams Ensure document control processes are followed and compliant Support contractors, quality teams,



and project stakeholders Act as a key point of coordination across project interfaces Predominantly remote ~ 40 hours per week Contract Details ~€50 per hour ~18-month contract + likely extension ~ Start: ASAP (within 4–5 weeks) ~ 1 stage (fast turnaround) Fluent Italian & English Proven experience as a Document Controller Background in:EPC, ORConstruction / infrastructure / client-side projects Experience xrdztoy on large-scale projects (€100M+) Experience with construction or procurement contractors Familiarity with EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) Long-term, stable contract Remote flexibility Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects
