To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent and quality-conscious Staff Chef (m/f/d) who brings passion for good food, creativity and a sense for balanced nutrition to ensure the culinary well-being of our team every day.
Your Tasks
- Independently planning and preparing varied, balanced and high-quality meals for approximately 100 team members (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Creating a diverse weekly menu featuring seasonal and regional ingredients
- Creative, mindful and sustainable use of ingredients
- Ensuring an attractive presentation, regular monitoring and replenishment of the staff buffet
- Independently organizing the workstation and ensuring efficient use of ingredients
- Supporting the kitchen team whenever needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
Your Profile
- Completed professional training as a chef or several years of experience in a similar position
- Passion for fresh, varied and balanced cuisine
- Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
- Creativity and enjoyment of working with high-quality ingredients
- Team spirit,
reliability and willingness to help
- Flexibility, resilience and strong organizational skills
- Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP regulations
