* Independent development of structural design (calculation models, reports, drawings)
* Seismic vulnerability assessments and seismic improvement/retrofitting projects
* Structural analysis and assessment of existing buildings
* Drafting of final and detailed designs
* Drafting of static verifications
* Structural surveys
* Construction site inspections
* Drafting of bills of quantities with cost estimates
* Managing complex projects and leading the structural design team

Joining the staff (employment)

* Salary range (gross annual salary, RAL): from €25,000 to €35,000 gross per year (based on experience and skills).

: Ongoing collaboration (VAT number / freelance professional)
* Contract: professional collaboration (annual, renewable).
