Customer Support

Space Mushrooms is looking to expand its Customer Support team to help users of our mobile and desktop applications, used by millions of people worldwide.
In this role, you will work closely with our Product Managers to handle user requests, investigate reported issues, test our apps, and identify recurring feedback that can help us improve our products.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to real-world digital products, develop strong problem-solving skills, and contribute directly to improving the experience of our users.

Who we are

Space Mushrooms is a startup founded in 2021. In a short time, we have built a diversified portfolio of mobile apps and software, which includes Photo and Video Editing, Music, Interior Design, Drawing software, and more, currently reaching over 3 million downloads per month and 5 million active users. Since its inception, the company has experienced exponential growth: we closed 2025 with €10M in revenue and €4.5M in EBITDA, and in 2026, we will reach €20M in revenue and €13M in EBITDA.



Our goal is to continue on an exponential growth trajectory, and to achieve this, we need to build a team of excellence that will help us scale the project.

Some of your key responsibilities

• Manage users’ support requests through Zendesk, providing clear, accurate, and helpful responses.
• Keep users updated on the progress and resolution of their requests.
• Monitor app ratings and user reviews across different platforms, highlighting relevant feedback to the Product Managers.
• Investigate reported issues and gather relevant information to support their resolution.
• Test the apps to verify potential bugs reported by users and document the steps needed to reproduce them.
• Share technical issues and recurring user feedback with the Product Managers responsible for each app.
• Highlight recurring questions, problems, and requests that could help us improve our products.
• Help maintain and improve response templates
