Role Description The Senior Facade & Structural Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of façade and structural solutions for complex architectural projects. This full-time hybrid role is based in Treviso, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing engineering designs, coordinating with architects and contractors, performing structural and façade performance analyses, and preparing technical documentation and calculations. The role also involves overseeing junior engineers, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, contributing to digital engineering workflows, and actively participating in design reviews and project meetings. The Senior Engineer is expected to support project planning, manage interfaces with clients and partners, and help optimize solutions for buildability, cost, and sustainability.
